Adeline is a beautiful-spirited four-year-old girl who has faced breathing problems since birth. Her family has lovingly guided her through countless illnesses and breathing challenges, always holding onto hope that she would recover. Despite their best efforts and the care of her medical team, Adeline’s condition has only worsened over time. She is now suffering from a terminal lung disease called Bronchiolitis obliterans and is currently at Phoenix Children’s Hospital being treated for stage four respiratory failure. The disease has caused high levels of CO2 to build up in her body, and she now relies on a noninvasive ventilator to help her expel the CO2 her lungs can no longer manage on their own.

Adeline’s only hope for survival and a chance at a more normal life is a bilateral lung transplant. The family is anxiously awaiting news regarding possible hospitals that specialize in this life-saving procedure. The journey ahead is filled with uncertainty, but Adeline’s spirit and her family’s love remain strong. Recovery from a transplant can take multiple months and will be very hard on Adeline and her family, both emotionally and financially.

The funds raised will help cover the overwhelming medical bills, travel expenses to, and living costs during and after treatment.
