The COVID 19 pandemic has taken a massive hit on healthcare. With 17 complex care needs clients in the building I live in, at times, with only one staff working, I'm forced to pick between a shower, a healthy meal to support my body's needs with the high-level spinal injury or getting dressed and out for the day.

That said, it's near impossible to start any rehabilitation after a pressure wound that put me in a bed for 4years.
