My name is Shahd Shireen Aziza, and I am a university student from Gaza. I never imagined I would reach this point where I would have to ask for help, but what we have been through has left me unable to stand alone in the face of these harsh circumstances.

A short while ago, our house was directly hit by a bombing. In a matter of moments, the place where we lived safely was reduced to rubble. We were unable to salvage almost anything, and we left with nothing but the clothes on our backs.

Since that day, we have been homeless. We move from place to place, searching for a safe roof over my family's head. With the arrival of winter and the rain, our suffering has intensified. The cold is bitter, the shelters we find are temporary and inadequate, and we lack the means to provide for ourselves and others to live with dignity or even safety.

I am a university student, and my only dream was to complete my education and build my future, but the current situation has put everything on hold. I try to cling to hope, but the hardships of daily life make it almost impossible without support.

Therefore, I appeal to you, to every compassionate heart, hoping your help will be the hand that restores some stability to our lives.

اسمي شهد شيرين عزيزا وأنا طالبة جامعية من غزة. لم أتوقع يومًا أن أصل إلى هذه اللحظة التي أضطر فيها لطلب المساعدة، لكن ما مررنا به جعلني عاجزًا عن الوقوف وحدي في وجه هذه الظروف القاسية.

قبل فترة قصيرة، تعرّض منزلنا للقصف المباشر. في لحظات معدودة، تحوّل المكان الذي كنا نعيش فيه بأمان إلى ركام. لم نتمكّن من إنقاذ شيء تقريبًا، وخرجنا منه ونحن لا نحمل سوى ملابسنا.

منذ ذلك اليوم، صرنا مشردين بلا مأوى. نتنقّل من مكان إلى آخر باحثين عن سقف آمن يحمي عائلتي. ومع دخول فصل الشتاء ونزول المطر، أصبحت معاناتنا أكبر. البرد شديد، والأماكن التي نحتمي بها مؤقتة وغير مناسبة، ولا نملك القدرة على توفير ما يلزم لنعيش بشكل كريم أو حتى آمن.

أنا طالبة جامعية وكان حلمي الوحيد أن أكمل تعليمي وأبني مستقبلي، لكن الظروف الحالية جعلت كل شيء معلّقًا. أحاول أن أتمسّك بالأمل، لكن صعوبة الحياة اليومية تجعل الأمر أقرب إلى المستحيل بدون دعم.

لذلك أتوجه إليكم، إلى كل قلب رحيم، لعلّ مساعدتكم تكون يد العون التي تُعيد لنا جزءًا من الاستقرار.
