A little infusion for our new location!

The Riverjam Romp had a rip-roaring successful first year in 2022 at Green Mountain Camp in Dummersoton, VT. We played tunes, sang, danced, ate yummy food, got to see old friends, and make new ones. Now we’ve manifested a vision for the future that is fully taking shape. Right after our event last year, we established a relationship with Potash Hill, the organization that oversees events on the gorgeous former Marlboro College Campus. We and Potash Hill plan to have this incredible campus space one (or more?) weekends a year into the future. Honestly the campus is AMAZING ! You cannot ask for a more accommodating space for the arts. In addition to beautiful southern Vermont views in the late summer there are world class music and dance friendly rooms, spacious dormitories, hiking trails, views, and a lovely commercial kitchen where our famous chef/ caller Steve Zakon Anderson will work his magic .

Potash Hill is generously allowing us to “grow into” the space and has cut us a bit of a break on the fee this year. That said, this being our second year, we still have higher nut to crack. We can use your help! There are three ways to help:

Donate! Any amount helps, but if you can’t donate right now….
Come to camp(!), register early, and pay the generous rate if you can so we have a sense of exactly what we need to fundraise. If we exceed registration expectations than less fundraising is necessary
Donate AND come to camp! This allows us to meet costs and even provide much needed scholarships for young and older participants who cannot pay the full rate. Our goal is to make camp accessible to all and we can do that with your help!
