A Home for Fatou

Fatou Cham is building a house in Kaolack, Senegal! The home will bring some peace to Fatou, her son and daughter as well as two young girls whom Fatou takes care of as a guardian. Currently, the family lives in a small apartment without space for each family member to enjoy the space. 

She has been building the house since September 2019 with the help of local community members in Senegal as well as the US. But she is on the home stretch now and needs some more support!

The house currently has 3 bedrooms, a living room and a porch. She has also been able to purchase the materials for the roof. 
The money donated to her cause will go towards buying materials to complete the two bathrooms  and to finish the floor. The kitchen also needs to be completed and electricity as well as water lines needs to be connected. 

As the rainy season begins in Senegal, she is eager to finish the home and move in with her family.  Any support would be appreciated!
