J’ai rencontré la famille de Ali Abu Hussein en mai 2024 lorsqu’ils j’ai découvert leurs vidéos tik tok où il demandait à l’aide avec ses trois enfants, une jeune filles et un jeune garçon, avec un bébé. Ils vivent dans un camp. Ils n’ont plus de quoi se protéger contre le froid ni de quoi se nourrir. Ses enfants ne peuvent pas se développer correctement. Nous nous sommes écrit plusieurs fois depuis cette date jusqu’au mois d’octobre 2025 où ail m’a dit qu’il avait perdu sa cagnotte. J’ai donc proposé de lui créer une cagnotte pour lui et ses enfants. L’argent de la cagnotte est utilisé pour satisfaire les besoins fondamentaux : de quoi se nourrir, s’habiller, se loger. Je leur envoie l’argent que je reçoit au Canada via un ami à eux qui vit en Turquie. Je fais des virements Western Union à son ami qui leur envoie ensuite l’argent. Je m’assure que l’argent leur arrive bien.
