Hello,
I am Klara Jarova. I organize another fundraising campaign for my friend Fëryal Adel. We met 2 years ago and have been speaking on a daily basis since then. I have grown very close to her and admire her strenght and resilience. She has been telling me about everything that has been happening to her and the people in Gaza during the genocide. Since "the ceasefire" in october, she has returned to the North of Gaza, where she is from. In the North life is even harder as most of the infrastructures are destroyed and israel still blocks the majority of the aid trucks from entering. People keep on living through hardships, especially children. So when Fëryal told me about her idea of starting a school for the children in the north (she is a maths teacher), of course I wanted to help.
Here is her story;
Gaza, where children's voices mingle with air raid sirens and the air is shaken by explosions, our children live a difficult life. They spend long hours in queues for water and bread, sometimes amidst the rubble of buildings, yet their love of learning and desire to understand the world and build their future remain.
Many of them have lost their parents or live under immense psychological pressure, yet the dream of learning persists despite the difficult circumstances.
Today, we are working to establish three educational tents in the north of Gaza, for all children of every grade and level. These tents will be a safe haven, a refuge for learning, and a source of hope that will restore the joy of childhood.
In addition to education, the tents will provide spaces for play and recreational activities, allowing children to express themselves through drawing, games, and music, building self-confidence and developing skills in cooperation and perseverance.
And let's not forget the teachers, who will return to their classrooms with their students, finding a safe environment to rekindle their passion for teaching and inspire their students.

The proceeds of this campaign will initially go towards 3 tents, chairs, desks, school supplies for the children, and later hopefully salaries for the teachers.
Here is the summary of our initial expenses;
To create an educational tent made of wood and tarpaulins, containing 10 double study desks and 10 double study desks, meaning one tent can accommodate 20 students
- One tarpaulin costs 150 shekels, one tent requires 5 tarpaulins, i.e. 750 shekels, equivalent to 200 euros
- The wood costs 1200 shekels, equivalent to 300 euros
- 10 double desks, each desk for two children, 1500 shekels, equivalent to 400 euros
- 10 double desks, each desk for two children, 1500 shekels, equivalent to 400 euros
- A blackboard, 400 shekels, equivalent to 100 euros
The total cost for one tent, including wood, tarpaulins, desks, chairs, and a blackboard, is 1400 euros
The goal is to create 3 tents so that we can accommodate as many students as possible in the area
That is, the total amount is 4200 euros.
We hope that everyone who believes in education and hope will stand with us in this initiative and help us make it reality for the children, so that together we can plant future and hope in their hearts.❤️❤️
