I’m reaching out with a heartfelt request to help my incredible son, Edsel, take a big step toward independence. Edsel is a true fighter—a quadriplegic who relies on a 24/7 ventilation system and specialized equipment to navigate his daily life. Despite the immense challenges he’s faced, his spirit remains unbreakable, and he’s now pursuing an inspiring new chapter: a career as a psychiatrist to help others.

Edsel’s journey hasn’t been easy. A devastating car accident caused a C2 spinal cord injury and damaged one of his lungs, leading to strokes, seizures, heart attacks, and numerous hospital stays. Through it all, his resilience shines brightly. Recently, he’s made remarkable progress, and with your support, we can help him continue moving forward.

To attend his doctor’s appointments, therapy sessions, and pursue his dreams, Edsel needs a fully accessible mobility van. This vehicle would provide him with the freedom and safety to travel comfortably, giving him the chance to live life more fully and chase his goals.
