Urgent Help for Derek's Medical Procedures

On December 5, Derek was taken to the ER where he was told he had a massive UTI and prostatitis. Derek had an MRI on January 28 that showed 3 tumors in his prostate.

LESION 1, index lesion, measures 1.5 x 0.7 x 1 cm on TW2 located in the left paramedian central gland within the middle third of the gland. This demonstrates decreased ADC map signal and minimally increased DWI signal. There is also avid enhancement of

this nodule.

PIRADS: 4 - Clinically significant cancer is likely to be present.

LESION 2 measures 0.9 x 0.9 x 0.9 cm on TW2 located in the right posterior paramedian central gland, middle third. This demonstrates decreased ADC map signal and minimally increased isointense DWI signal. There is avid enhancement of this finding.

PIRADS: 4 - Clinically significant cancer is likely to be present.

LESION 3 measures 1 x 0.5 x 1.2 cm on TW2 located in the left paramedian central gland within the upper third of the gland. This demonstrates decreased ADC map signal with isointense DWI signal and avid enhancement.
