Premature Twins born While Abroad

It's a mother's worst nightmare. Giving birth at just 24 weeks pregnant, to twins that weigh barely over 1 pound each. But to top it off, to give birth in a foreign country, with your husband forced to be in the other room, surrounded by people who don't speak your language, worried about the safety of your little ones makes it even harder. Now Kim and Fred are stuck with little babies in intensive care for months in Portugal with all of their family and friends back in the United States. The stress and now the financial burden of having to find a place to live for an indefinite amount of time in a foreign country with brand new twins is heavily weighing on them.
Please consider giving, if even just a little bit. Just five dollars could help them make a phone call back home to their parents, doctors, or help them find a place to live. Mom owns a business back home that doesn't run without her so in addition to the unexpected expenses and living situation, her business won't be making any money and the situation will be detrimental to it.

A Kim e o Fred são um casal norte-americano, que veio passar férias a Portugal em Maio passado.
Kim estava grávida de 6 meses, e em Lisboa o inesperado aconteceu.
Deu à luz gémeos prematuros.
O Hudson faleceu no dia 24 Maio, e a Hayden ainda luta pela vida.
O casal vai agora ter que ficar em Portugal até a menina estar em condições
de viajar para os Estados Unidos. Talvez 4 ou 5 meses. Sem trabalho, longe da família e dos amigos,
Kim e Fred precisam da ajuda de todos.
Precisam do vosso carinho e apoio... mas precisam também de produtos para
crianças recém nascidas. Se tiverem algum carrinho de bébé, ou cadeirinha, ou outros objectos, que já não precisem
podem entregar em nome de Kim e Fred Spratt na Maternidade Alfredo da Costa.
