Starting a foundation in Wills Fedrick's name!

Update everyone! We've already hit the halfway mark on this fundraiser for Wills! Not only are we excited to see the support for Wills manifest in such a quick way, but we've also got an update from his family.

Although the original fund was to take the cost of seeing their loved one off, away from the Fedrick family and absolve them entirely from this part of the process, they've asked that we pivot our focus to something more impactful ---

The Fedrick family has asked that these funds go towards setting up a future foundation in Wills's name. The foundation is yet to be finalized, but these funds will go directly to the conception and available capital that the foundation will have at its fingertips.

This foundation will serve and uplift underprivileged and at-risk children and young adults, putting a spotlight on the fatherless and stepping into that community to help make a difference in the lives of those affected. The absence of father figures for the youth is a gaping wound affecting every part of our culture, and any funds raised within this fundraiser will go to supporting the fatherless and those who feel fatherless.

Wills was always a giver and not a taker, and this foundation will carry on his legacy in a palpable and very real way.

Wills, you are loved and you will never be forgotten. We'll do our best to see you into your next journey and although you set the bar high, we'll keep your legacy the talk of the town.
