Food Donation for Homeless

Dear Friends and Family -
On January 26th, I'll be turning 31 years old. This will be my second birthday as a resident of Downtown LA, but instead of celebrating with a night out, I want to do something different - I want to give back to my community! This year, rather than accepting gifts from my friends and family, I'm raising money to feed the homeless at the Skid Row Carnival of Love, which takes place the day after my birthday on January 27th. All the donations received will go towards a fund to provide free Chick-fil-A sandwiches at the festival. I'll also be reaching out to local Chick-fil-A restaurants to contribute to the cause so that we can reach my goal of providing 500 free sandwiches to the people that attend this carnival. I'll be attending the festival with 2-3 other volunteers to help spread the love and serve our neighbors!
I would appreciate each and every donation received, regardless of the amount! This is my first time organizing something like this, so I'd love to make it a huge success. Tony Robbins started his charitable food donations with Turkeys, I'm going to be starting mine with chicken sandwiches.
