Rance was the one person you could go to with any problem, without judgement. He was the gentlemen that every girl wanted but couldn’t have. He created some of the best memories that we carry to this day. He even saved some of our lives… I know he saved mine.. Nothing I write will ever amount to the type of respect and love I have for this man. He was our bestfriend. He fought his demons every day, never asked anyone for help but still managed to light up any room he stepped in. He was the glue that kept everyone together.. I wish we had more time. I can’t even begin to express the anger and grief this brings his family and friends, there will never be another Rance. He died doing what he loved and that was protecting his family. No he wasn’t perfect, but who is? His imperfections were the best part of him, I wouldn’t be who I am today without him and I wouldn’t of changed him for the world.

The suddenness of this tragedy has put His mother Karen in a rough spot financially and we’re asking the community to help with the funeral home expenses. We’re estimating the costs at $6500. Anything helps and we appreciate and love every single one of you. We will keep everyone updated on the memorial service and any events in his honour. Thank you guys for being such amazing friends .
