Rutgers University SAPA is a Bollywood Fusion collegiate dance team that takes pride in being founded in 2000 as the first co-ed South Asian dance troupe in the United States.
This year, RU SAPA has the pleasure of being invited to compete at 3 competitions in 2016, in Michigan, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. These competitions give us the proper platform to present what our dancers work so hard for throughout the year and the opportunity to potentially compete at the national level, at Bollywood America 2016.
However, these competitions can be very costly for a student-run organization. Our dancers are asking for your help to contribute to the many costs we will have in order to participate throughout the season. We would greatly appreciate any support (even $5) for you to be an essential part of accomplishing our goals.
