Help Pops Hip Replacement

My whole life my Father put me as well as our family before himself. He's always selflessly put us & our wants And needs before his own. Now he desperately needs to have hip replacement surgery and in order to do so will be off of work for a month or so. Since he is not a full time employee and only part time, he does not have vacation time or sick leave saved up. Therefore we need about $1500 to cover him while he is off work so that he can have that surgery. He has severe arthritis in his left hip and needs that replaced. He is in constant pain and without surgery the pain only get worse. I feel bad because I'm physically not able to do any work to help cover the cost and expenses, bills and such but I'm not posting this publicly on Facebook but I'm sending it out to Some friends & family and asking for help. Any little bit helps & is much Appreciated!
