Please help Avery get a Conversion Van

Hello, my name is Naa and I'm fundraising for my 9year daughter Avery.
Avery has 2 big sisters Nadia (27) and Etoile (15) and 1 little sister Princess (6) who are all perfectly healthy.
Avery was born on October 24th, 2013 with a few complications.
She was then diagnosed with Rett syndrome at age 23 months.
Rett Syndrome is a rare neurological genetic disorder that causes severe muscle movement disability - this simply means that Avery can neither walk nor talk.
At first, it was easy to take her places because she was a baby
As she got older it started to become harder and harder to take her places and she has many important appointments to go to. We would love to make her feel as normal as possible by taking her out on family trips and rides.
Avery weighs 70 pounds and her wheelchair weighs 75 pounds
When we have to go out with Avery we have to carry Avery(70lbs) from the wheelchair to our regular van then carry her wheelchair(75lbs) and put it in the boot of our regular van
And do the same thing to get her out just in reverse which gets harder by the day.
A Conversion Van can easily roll Avery with her wheelchair into the van instead of carrying her and then carrying the chair
With the conversion van, Avery will be able to make it to all her appointments easily and ride with her sisters easily which makes her so happy
All efforts made in trying to get this Van haven't been successful so we are appealing to anyone willing to help Avery get a Conversion Van.
