PAYPR ORG Community Interest Company - aims to empower young people who are struggling with many of life’s obstacles and difficulties.


Our supportive delivery is  through 1:1 mentoring, educational social media, group discussions and workshops.
These are delivered by PAYPR ORG team who are a combination of individuals with experience and qualifications in:

Psychology
Football
Mentoring
Physical & Mental Well being.
Teaching
Finance


If  specialised support or help is required by an individual we will then act as a middle platform to signpost those in need to the appropriate service.


PAYPR STANDS FOR :


We are currently running our program at Lancing Football Club for the 2020-2021 season; they have  7 senior and 11 youth teams.

Examples of monthly workshops we run include:

-Financial education
- Sex and Substance Abuse
-Confidence building
- Nutrition and Physical health
-Mental Health and Well-being
-Violence and Aggression
-Business, leadership, teamwork
-Football and sports advice
- Racism, especially in football

Funding is needed as soon as possible as this is a not-for-profit service that provides FREE support to young people.
 
We need funding for:

-Specialist 1:1 hour mentoring sessions for young adults  age 16-30.
- Promoting, raising awareness and marketing through our social media and web page.
-Practical and legal payments in order to keep the program running.
-Workshop & speaker expenses.
