Hi everyone, my name is Russell Shnitser and I am asking you to help our beloved Au Pair, Margo, pay mounting medical expenses incurred after an emergency brain surgery.

On the night of Saturday, November 4th, 2017, ambulance took Margo to Lehigh Valley Hospital where a CAT scan showed bleeding in the brain. Margo underwent emergency brain surgery same night. She was sedated for the next few days in the neugosurgical intensive care unit and underwent a barrage of medical tests (CAT, MRI, angiogram).

She made an amazing recovery but is  currently taking several medications related to the surgery and is required to undergo regularly scheduled CAT scans for a year.

On November 17th, Iryna, Margo’s mother, travelled to the United States to be by her side. This has been an emotional rollercoaster with everyone close praying and helping Margo every way they can. Margo is a strong and resilient individual and we are very encouraged by her recent neurologist visits.
