Here in Scoil Bhríde, Sunrise makes up two classrooms that support the teaching and learning of students with autism in our school. Sunrise students require sensory supports and resources to learn and interact comfortably with the world around them. In September 2020, we will begin to design the Sunrise sensory room where our students can relax, reset, prepare for learning and have fun!

We are asking staff, families and the community of Scoil Bhride to come together (virtually) to raise funds that will help us create a meaningful sensory space for our students. 

Our goal is to get everyone moving between 9am Saturday 30th of May and 6pm Monday 1st June. We are looking for participants to walk, jog or run as many km as they would like to during this time. 

Sunrise opened three years ago and to mark this, we are aiming to move the distance equal to 3 marathons - 127 km. To reach our target every movement counts - 1km/5km/10km - whatever you can.
