Leisa Carmen Chetcuti tragically passed away on Monday 22nd August 2016 at the young age of 38 years old. She has left behind three beautiful children, Tyela, Lachlan and Luke. 

"Leisa's Legacy" has been established on behalf of Leisa's family in lieu of sending flowers to the family home or funeral service. All donations will be administered by Leisa's two brothers and will be used to help support the family of Leisa Chetcuti. Leisa's children need all of our support to ensure they are given the life she would have wanted to provide for them.

Leisa had a loving, caring, lively personality who has left life long memories with her family and friends. "Leisa's Legacy" will honour her memory by supporting her greatest legacy - her children, so that they can receive the support they deserve not only in this immediate time of need, but for the weeks, months and years they have ahead.

On behalf of Leisa's children, we thank you so very much for the love and support you have all shown through this very difficult time.
