- It’s been a super year both on and off the field for our great club. Recently we welcomed Jarlath Burns (President of the GAA) to officially open our fabulous redevelopment at Gilmartin Park. On the 26th October our Snr men graced the hallowed turf of Hastings Insurance MacHale Park for the Junior A County Final and after a very measured performance catapulted us back to Intermediate status. Following their great victory in the County Final, Kiltimagh beat St Croan's in a nail biting Connaught Semi Final. In the Connaught final we lifted silverware by defeating the Leitrim outfit of Aghavas on a scoreline of 0.16 to 0.08.
- We now go on and seek All Ireland success and next up on the3rd Jan when we face Clogher of Tyrone. (Carrick on Shannon).
- It’s been a successful year for many of our teams within the club with many underage stand out moments including National Feile success. Our Snr ladies had a super year and will be back seeking to drive on again next year and with any bit of luck are close to raising silverware. We also have record numbers of players both boys and girls representing Kiltimagh GAA with pride and now with enhanced facilities for many generations to come.Kiltimagh’s true community spirit is shining through. All funds raised will be fully used for the development and progression of all our players as well as making sure our club continues to be able to run at a sustainable level. We kindly ask you to support at this exciting time for Kiltimagh GAA.
