#Jerry Thede strong

Jerry Thede was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic Esophageal Cancer this past Christmas. Jerry is 41 years old and has been married to Jeanette for 14 years and they have an almost 6-year old daughter, Aspen Rose, as well as several four-legged kids. Since diagnosis, Jerry has bravely undergone 25 intense radiation treatments and 6 chemo treatments. These treatments have been extremely hard, BUT anyone who knows Jerry, knows that he is a fighter!!! Together, Jerry and Jeanette have done a lot of research and have found a Center which specializes in alternative treatment of cancers. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover the cost of any part of this treatment! We all know Jerry by his amazing personality and smile. Jerry is the person who would give the shirt off his back to help anyone. Jerry is an amazing father, husband, son, brother, uncle, friend and our favorite Fareway Manager!

The funds raised will get Jerry the treatment he needs to get stronger and live a better quality of life and will also help fund another important dream… One of the most important goals that Jerry has is to be strong enough to be able to take his daughter Aspen on a very special trip. Jerry wants to be with Aspen when she meets Mickey Mouse for the first time and he wants to hold her hand when she feels her first ocean wave run over her toes.
