The James Gilchrist Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Early Monday, February 19th, 2018, beloved husband, father, teacher, musician, theatre guru and great friend James Gilchrist passed away. He leaves behind his devoted wife Carol, and sons Spencer and Mitchell.
James dedicated his life to his family and to the service of youth in the Spruce Grove and Stony Plain communities. He was quick to assist all theatre enthusiasts with learning about lights and music, but even more, with a quiet word of encouragement for all performers. It is hard to imagine a theatre production at Spruce Grove Comp without James quietly ensuring all goes well.
This has been a devastating time for James' family as his passing was unexpected. To assist with the costs of the memorial we are asking our friends to contribute to this gofundme campaign. The funds will go directly to James' family and any remaining funds will be put in an education fund for Spencer and Mitchell.
Thank you.
