Aldersgate is a counseling resource center for those confronted with sensitive problems. Our experienced team helps people of all ages by inspiring change and personal growth through counseling, education and motivation. We pride ourselves on compassion and confidentiality. Our mantra is change today makes for a better “YOU” tomorrow.
Unfortunately, our office was recently flooded which caused significant damage throughout the entire facility. The downstairs level of our building which includes a group meeting room, a specially equipped play therapy room, several administrative offices, and a number of counseling client meeting rooms were all rendered completely unusable as a result of the damage. The destruction was severe; we need your help.
We have been helping people in the local community for 45 years. Last year…
*Several hundred area residents benefited from our counseling services
*Close to a 100 area teens and their parents participated in substance abuse education awareness classes
*Over 1000 elementary students participated in some of our key youth programs
*An additional 500+ students, form area school districts, received on-site school support (SAP)
However, community support is now critical and needed for the agency to be fully restored in order for Aldersgate to continue to meet the needs of the residents of our shared community and to continue our agency’s mission of promoting positive, healthy relationships and healthy living.
*Serving the community through counseling, outreach, and education.
*Supporting youth and their families with life changing and life enhancing programs.
*Making a difference in people’s lives.
