Climb Ben Nevis In Full Firefighter uniform

***Defferred until 2021 due to Covid-19
pandemic, a new date in 2021 will be decided soon***

Continuing my pledged support to the victims of the Manchester arena Bombing,

On Thurs 23rd July 2020 I will attempt to climb the highest mountain in the UK, Ben Nevis......wearing Full Firefighter uniform including BA set!

this will be roughly a gruelling 13 hour climb and descent whilst carrying roughly 60lbs (30 kg) of uniform and Equipment.

I will have a support team with me including members of the running club “Hive22 Running Club - Manchester.

In May 2017 the Manchester arena bombing claimed the lives of 22 innocent people and left thousands scarred for life both physically and mentally.

In the aftermath of the bombing several trusts were set up by the families of those lost to honour their loved one.

They include:

•The Chloe & Liam together forever trust
•Livs Trust
•The Megan Hurley foundation
•The Remembering Nell foundation
•Eilidhs Trust

I am continuing to support these trusts by raising a pot of money that will be divided equally amongst the six above with an aim of £1000 total.

If if you can spare anything at all please contribute, your donations are gratefully received.

Thank you
