Research: African Narratives of entrepreneurship

Hello, I'm Kayla!

I am an international student from South Africa with a passion for co-empowering my fellow Africans in their unique cultural context, each country in their own right.

This summer I have the opportunity to delve deeper into the perceived outcomes of local farmers in Kenya with regards to their future, having been employed by a new social enterprise, Kentegra, focused on supporting pyrethrum crop farmers in multiple districts in Kenya.
Alongside I hope to hear the entrepreneurial success and failure stories of African people.

Will you consider helping me to reach my funding goal?
The money raised will cover the costs of my fieldwork this summer, mid-July through August, six weeks in total.
Funds will cover my flight and living costs to Kenya.
I hope to raise these funds by July 2019.

Thank you for sharing this passion with me, and your investment into this research. I believe it is a staring point to give a voice to the many African communities that are being empowered by social enterprises in Africa.
