CSL SE La 2016 Flood Restorations

The Center for Spiritual Living Southeast Louisiana has at least 12 families who are immediate congregants or family of congregants who have lost homes in this 500-yr flood of 2016. 
Many of these people did not have flood insurance because they did not live in a flood area.  While they can get help from FEMA, it maxes out at $33K.
The rains washed away any discord here in Baton Rouge AND the rains brought challenges which are bringing out the best in everyone.  It is not only disaster that we see on the news. Neighbors helping neighbors is the story as well.
