Most of you know my / our dear friend Brian Poling.  He has received some really bad news and will be having some very rough days ahead.  If you know Brian you know he is proud and very rarely ask or accepts help.  He has taken care of a lot of us from behind the bar at The Campeche Bay for 15+ years. Brian is well known, maybe even famous, throughout the beaches and across the ditch in Jacksonville as well. I had the pleasure of working with Brian for a couple years a while back.  He is a great friend even though he thinks it is funny to give people wet willies. He has always been willing to help or at least laugh when needed.  I think we can and should help him now.  

Brian has been diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squamous-cell_carcinoma) and already has been scheduled at the Southern Indiana Cancer Center.

It looks like he is going to have most of the right side jawbone/tongue removed. They will be using bone from his leg to replace his jawbone.  Brian does not have insurance; he will not be able to work while he is going through this.  He needs to focus on this fight and recovery.  We cannot do that for him, but we can help him with the finances.  Please share this on your Facebook page and also login to GOFUNDME and give as much as you can.  He needs our help now!
