June 2014 our dear friend Annette Adkins was diagnosed with Melanoma. She has since undergone 2 surgeries, and is currently undergoing Chemotherapy. 

Please join us in showing this very special Nurse how grateful we are for her many kindnesses, and how much we love her. Phase II of our fundraising campaign is  designed to help lessen the financial burden of being out of work, and paying medical bills and living expenses.

Our goal for Phase II is to raise $7500.00 for Annette , for a total of $10,000 when combined with Phase I.  Any amount is so greatly appreciated.
