Legal fees

I have made every effort to handle this situation discreetly, but I can no longer continue this battle on my own. I respectfully seek your support in the fight for my daughter.

I made the unfortunate choice to enter a relationship with the wrong individual. Although he is not her father, since our separation, he has retained an attorney to pursue custody, alleging that I am an unfit mother. He has exploited my financial constraints, making it nearly impossible for me to hire legal representation, which has forced me to struggle for the right to be my child's mother.

His determination to keep my daughter in his life is evident. Despite consistently losing in court, he continues to create obstacles that disrupt our lives, and I find myself unable to bear the ongoing legal expenses to protect our rights. My daughter does not recognize this man as her father and expresses a strong desire not to see him.

My daughter, Lux, and I deserve a peaceful resolution to this matter. She should be able to move forward without the turmoil of court proceedings and unnecessary distress. The relationship ended over two years ago, and I have taken out three loans to cover legal fees.

He has spread falsehoods to family, friends, and employers, even going so far as to accuse me of substance abuse and child neglect.
