My nephew and godson Josh is an amazing kid, against all odds he has worked very hard at his Education.  He is motivated, works hard and studies hard.  While working full time for 2 years he also went to college full time and remained on the Dean's List.

Josh Donovan was born as a result of a teenage pregnancy.  He has lived with his grandparents for 95% of his life.   His grandmother gave up her job to raise him and try to give him a good life.

He is very motivated to chart his own successful path in life, he just completed an Associates Degree and maintained a Dean's List GPA of 3.7 and worked Full time.  He was accepted into the two schools with a good Cyber Security program.  He will be one of the bright stars helping to keep our country safe one day.  Even after his scholarships, him taking out the max they will allow in loans, and his extended family all giving him what they can he still has a gap of $15,000 per year to complete his degree.  Josh cannot get a parents PLUS because he is considered independent as he has lived with his grandparents 95% of his life.   

We set a goal with Josh to save close to half of what he needs for the first year over the summer and he is on track to do so, he just needs a little bit more help.  He's been taking all the overtime he can and doing his part.

He is a great kid with a very bright future ahead of him and just needs help to finish these last 2 years of school.  He deserves it, he's had a difficult life due to his circumstances but, still believes in the future. I hope you will help him.
