Can we please help Alfie, my beautiful cocker spaniel

Hi, my name is lorraine and I am raising funds for my brown and white cocker spaniel dog Alfie. I moved to Isle Of Man in June for a better life and I've loved it here, my baby boy Alfie has suddenly started to deteriorate rapidly (he's not eating, he's not pooping, he's being sick every day and looks terrible, he was 13 kilos and he's now 9.5 kilos). I have been to Milan vets and they have done blood tests and scans and give me no answers to what is wrong with my dog, they cared more about how much my bill was. They charged me £1200 and give me no answers, I have now took him to the vets at pets at home. Pets at home was alot more helpful with the vet (Kate) and give me alot more information on what could be wrong with Alfie. He will need to go back to the UK for a operation or he will pass away, I've cried so much in the last few days and I'm now struggling with the costs. Please can we help Alfie together ❤️
