Jack

I am Jessica and I set up this go fund me for my God son Jack, Jack is a silly 5 year old who has been a light in our life, Jack was recently diagnosed with a terminal inoperable brain tumor, he was given a few months and his parents want nothing more than to make his remaining time here with us the best memories possible, the funds raised will be used to help Jack enjoy his remaining time with his 4 other siblings, medical expenses, keeping Jack comfortable and ultimately funeral costs.
