Kyle's Wheelchair Accessible Van

My 26 year old son Michael "Kyle" Leshko has spastic quad cerebral palsy.  This is the result of being born five weeks early and contracted Group B Strep and suffered a 50% brain loss due to meningitis.  Kyle recently underwent surgery for scoliosis.  His transfer skills have worsened and I am no longer able to get him in my car so we are reaching out to friends and family or anyone who is able to help fund a wheelchair accessible van.  Kyle's Innovations Program will pay for the conversion of the van and installation of the lift.

I am unable to take my son anywhere without the help  of others and having this vehicle will enable us to get to doctor's appointments and visit with family and friends.

The money will be used to purchase a vehicle, get insurance and upkeep of the vehicle.  Any contribution you can make will be most welcome and most appreciated.
