Help Chris Babcock Art survive the pandemic
Spende geschützt
Would you kindly help Chris Babcock keep her art studio lights on?
Without our support, our community will lose an iconic art studio cherished by families over the last 25 years. Kids in the Bay Area and around the world -- Toyko, Barcelona, London, and Beijing, have grown and flourished under the loving guidance of Chris Babcock Art.
Here is what Chris needs to stay open: a cash donation.
1000.00 donation will pay the electric, gas and water bills for a month.
2000.00 donation pays for kids’ art supplies for 2 months.
3000.00 donation pays for the art studio’s rent for a month.
Here is why Chris is struggling: Due to the pandemic, Chris has only allowed 1/4 the number of students to come through her doors. Chris can no longer keep up with operational expenses with such a low revenue stream. Governmental help is nowhere on the horizon. Chris has filed for a SBA Disaster Relief Loan, to no avail. The IRS tax returns Chris has been patiently waiting for are stuck in a Catch-22 backlog nightmare. The Small Business Loan office tells Chris they are swamped and they have no idea when they will be able to process IRS paperwork. This is the death spiral for small businesses.
As a community of art lovers, we can help Chris get through this tough spell.
This is the time to reinvest in this arts program that has enriched thousands of children's lives over the years.
Please join me to save Chris Babcock Art Studio.
Thank you for your generosity!
