Hi, Me, Josh Grice and Lee Grice are running the Liverpool half marathon in March for 3 charities very close to our hearts.

I’m running for DementiaUK because last March I lost my grandad to this awful disease.

Josh has chosen the Hospice of the Good Shepherd as they were amazing help with his Grandad.

Lee has chosen Macmillan as they helped his Nan and his girlfriend’s Dad through their battles with cancer.

We would all like to raise as much money as we can for all 3 of them, so if you could spare anything we would really appreciate it. Thank you very much. (Hopefully we don’t pass out on the day)
