Needing help!

This year has probably been the roughest of my life. I haven't had a job since December. So I decided to drive for Uber to bring in some money to get by. A few months ago, I started feeling very weak, tired, and had zero appetite. Bottom line, I was diagnosed with stage 3 non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. As painful as the treatment is, it has a very high survival rate, and things are looking good. I've contributed to campaigns before, but never thought I would start one myself. Well, due to these circumstances, I am months behind on all my utilities, rent, car payment, etc. Any help would be much appreciated, and I would, of course, pay it forward. Any money in excess of the requested amount, will be donated to St. Jude's. Thank you for your help!
