Go To Bat For Casey

Casey has a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy, he is confined to a wheel chair. He loves getting out of the house but its hard to transport him. His wheel chair is extremely heavy and we do not have a reliable wheel chair van to transport him. We are trying to raise enough money to get him a van so he can get to his doctors appoinments, bring him to his friends and family or to a ball game.With all of the problems he has transportation should be the last worry for him. Please help us in reaching our goal. He deserves this!
