Azurae's European Dream

Hello Family & Friends!
I was selectively chosen to be a part of an amazing Student Ambassadorship program called People to People. Being a part of this program affords me an opportunity to travel the world. My group will be taking the European Heritage tour, traveling to 7 countries over the course of 20 days. Not only do I get to experience Europe, I will gain college credit for doing so. We will travel on a secured charter bus. Wouldn't you like to take this journey with me? Let's go...
We will spend the first few days in Great Britain, where I will visit Buckingham Palace, Hampton Court Palace (the historic home of King Henry VIII), Big Ben and have an opportunity to meet members of the British Parliament. From there we will journey to France where we will get to walk amongst some of the world's most famous art at the Louvre, visit Versailles and the Eiffel Tower. Next we'll visit the World War I memorials in Belgium. Journey to the Netherlands visiting the Hague and the International Peace Palace (home to the United Nations). Then visit the home of Anne Frank learning about the Holocaust and the lasting effects of World War II. We'll then visit Germany where we will see the great Castle of Heidelberg. While in Germany we will take part in an environmental service project along the banks of the Black Forest. We will also experience the life and culture with a German family who will graciously open their home and share their way of life. We will dine on traditional foods, meeting their friends and learning about their unique way of life. Leaving Germany we're off to Austria where we will learn the art of cheese making. Hike the Swiss Alps and taking a high flying zip line adventure over an alpine lake. The trip will wind down in Switzerland where we will explore the city of Zurich and embark on a history filled scavenger hunt.
Whew! What a journey! I know you are equally as excited as I am. This is going to be a life changing experience. An incredible experience like this t carries a nice price tag:$ 7,500 + expenses, roughly $ 8,500. I would love to make this adventure a reality, but cannot do so without your help. Any donation large and small will greatly impact my ability to take part in this fabulous trip. Whatever amount you'd like to give is greatly appreciated. Please send funds to my paypal account All funds are due by May 1, 2014. Whether you donate or not, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to read my letter and thank you in advance for your assistance.
Much Love!
