help my sochi stray get to the usa

while in sochi at the olympics i was touched by the story of the stray dogs. i went out of my way to do everything i could to adopt a stray puppy. however, i could not bring her back with me for two reasons. she had to be vaccinated prior to travel for 30 days and the united states olympic committee charter flight from sochi to frankfurt did not allow pets. the only way to get my puppy to the usa is to fly her on a flight from moscow to boston in 4 weeks. please help me reach my goal. i would never go back on my word to adopt "kapitosha". she deserves a loving home! thank you :)
