I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer: stage 2 and grade 3 with a BRCA1, on October 25, 2018. I am currently working as a paraeducator at a High School. My ambition is to beat cancer by 2020 and start student teaching. I have successfully completed my academic course work for a dual credential in English and Mild to Moderate Special Educations Teacher. However, once I was diagnosed with cancer I reluctantly had to put my career ambitions on hold and focus on my health. I am seeking financial support for  -excessive days called off to attend doctor appointments -co-pays for doctor visits -additional medical fees not covered by the healthcare provider -transportation back and forth to City of Hope for medial attention.
