Help me Keep Going

I am reaching out to my greater community for some financial help. One step forward and two steps back often leaves you in a bind. And right now I'm in a bind and struggling more than I have in a long time. Here's what the situation is:

I am a single woman trying to make it alone, for a long time now. I'm stuck in that gap so many of us are in between 'making too much' for assistance, but not a truly living wage, and without a safety net of any kind. 

Precipitated by a high cost of living and low wages of the area, I recently moved into a less expensive living situation closer to work just to be able to make it. I'm renting a room in a house out of town in the countryside, without good public transportation and basic amenities nearby.

Barely settled in, and the timing belt went out on my car. It is fixable, but a pricey job. And on top of that I need front brakes, $800 behind in past due bills, and may need surgery to deal with a chronic female health issue. I need my vehicle to get to work, grocery store, doctor appointments, and well.. just keep going.
