The Lauren D Presents Studio is my new, high-energy fitness center with something for everyone. My focus is on inspiring, motivating and guiding the community towards improved health and wellness! 

The Studio is my one-of-a-kind fitness mecca located in California wine country. I have taken my professional training and combined it with a highly certified team of instructors to lead classes around the ZUMBA Fitness phenomenon. I believe that the group exercise experience brings communities together. It creates endless possibilities for individuals to embrace a healthy lifestyle and supports them as they embrace their fitness goals. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
