On Friday the 28th, in Canada’s national capital area, the weather was very mild and there was freezing rain. On Saturday the 29th, in Gatineau, the weather was much colder and below zero degrees. The ground was frozen and covered with ice. Alessandra Satler was outside walking and playing with her daughter, Maria, and a dog she is taking care of.Unfortunately, as she tried to grab a hold of the dog’s leash, she slipped and fell, and her head hit hard onto the ice.She was brought to the Hull Hospital emergency, and spent a little over 24 hours in the intensive care for observation.Through several scans done, it was confirmed that Alessandra suffered a fractured Temporal bone in the skull, has a subdural hematoma and she also had a few brain hemorrhages.She has been released from the intensive care unit after the neurosurgeon determined that Alessandra had passed the critical period of her injury.Alessandra is currently still recovering at the Hull Hospital. As of today, December the 31st 2018, Alessandra is in stable condition and is showing progress in her recovery.But she is not out of the woods yet. She has massive headaches and easily gets nauseated. She will have to spend a few more days at the hospital.Alessandra’s daughter, Maria, is currently in the care of good friends.But Alessandra is currently not working and will needs to take care of her daughter.Alessandra will also have to take care of the hospital bill, which is increasing daily, since she has no insurance that will pay for it.Please help me in giving Alessandra, and her daughter Maria, a helping hand during this difficult period.Thank you all!

Na sexta-feira, dia 28, na região da capital do Canadá, o tempo estava muito ameno e havia chuva congelante.
No sábado, dia 29, em Gatineau, o tempo estava muito mais frio e abaixo de zero graus. O chão estava congelado e coberto de gelo.
Alessandra Satler estava fora andando e brincando com sua filha, Maria, e um cachorro que ela está cuidando. Infelizmente, enquanto ela tentava segurar a coleira do cachorro, ela escorregou e caiu, e sua cabeça bateu com força no gelo.
Ela foi levada para a emergência do Hospital de Hull (Gatineau) e passou um pouco mais de 24 horas na UTI para observação.
Através de vários exames, confirmou-se que Alessandra sofreu uma fratura do osso temporal no crânio, tem um hematoma subdural e também teve algumas hemorragias cerebrais.
Ela foi liberada da UTI depois que o neurocirurgião determinou que Alessandra havia passado o período crítico de sua lesão.
Alessandra ainda está se recuperando no Hospital de Hull. A partir de hoje, 31 de dezembro de 2018, Alessandra está em condição estável e está mostrando progresso em sua recuperação.
Mas ela não está fora de perigo ainda. Ela tem fortes dores de cabeça e facilmente fica nauseada. Ela terá que passar mais alguns dias no hospital.
A filha de Alessandra, Maria, está atualmente sob os cuidados de bons amigos.
Mas Alessandra atualmente não está trabalhando e vai precisar cuidar da filha.
Alessandra também terá que pagar a conta do hospital, que está aumentando diariamente, já que ela não tem seguro que vai pagar por isso.
Por favor, ajude-me a dar a Alessandra e sua filha Maria uma ajuda nesse período difícil.
