With lockdown being extended into the middle of February I am taking this as an opportunity to attempt to raise as much money as possible for a local charity by     Running 100 miles within 28days.

We are a first step chatting platform aimed at raising awareness to help reduce the stigma around men’s mental health.

Our online volunteers are readily available at anytime to have confidential chat with anyone who is struggling.

I have chose this charity as I have personally had to deal with mental health issues and know how much it can effect you in so many ways. I’m taking the opportunity to try and raise money to help and benefit others who may be struggling through this tough time.
