kohen was born with a very rare disorder called partial trisomy#13. he was in and out of the nicu from birth till he was called home at only 20 months old. this is set up for those who would like to donate to help his family with funeral costs. he was an amazing little boy with such a sweet spirit... please if you are able, help this sweet family out! thank you!!
