Nuestra mamá es una guerrera, fuerte, resiliente , con un sentido del humor que hace reír al mundo, nuestra mejor amiga y la mejor esposa de Alex. Desde hace 8 años y 35 médicos, nuestra mamá fue diagnosticada con esclerosis sistémica progresiva. El tratamiento que estaba tomando ya no está surtiendo efectos por lo que es necesario cambiarla a un tratamiento sumamente costoso que entre nosotras no podemos pagar. Desafortunadamente, un mal dianóstico médico en su momento impidió que pudiera tener un seguro médico privado. Ahora, estamos intentando conseguir el tratamiento a través de la seguridad social, sin embargo, no tenemos una fecha clara de cuándo podrían suministrarle dicho tratamiento. El tiempo corre y tenemos que comprar el medicamento ya.
