This is very hard for me to do, however I have run out of options. A couple of years ago, while living in Florida, I allowed a homeless woman, and her grandchildren live in my home. I did not change her rent. I just asked she pay her electric bill, which I kept in my name. Big mistake, she never paid it. The electric company put me on a payment plan, plus my monthly bill. Last year when the company I worked for sold, and I lost my job, I was not able to comply with my commitment. Since May, I have been living without electricity. I have a well, without electricity, I am also without water . My electric company will not turn it back on with the amount I am asking for today. I am embarrassed, and horrified that I am setting this account up. However it is getting cold and I am out of options. If you could help in any small way, I assure you I will pay it forward.
