Ganimete And Halil Dacaj Deported

My names Herolind Dacaj everyone knows me as “Lindi”, these past couple of years have been very tough and stressful on me and my family due to my parents ongoing battle with immigration. Three years ago ICE came unannounced and arrested my father, he then remained there where he fought to stay here in America with his wife and 2 kids, unfortunately we tried everything possible and after about a year of being incarcerated he was finally deported back to Kosovo. Soon after my father was deported my mother had received notice from immigration that she too had a deportation status. My family left Kosovo 18 years ago during the war and have been fighting for citizenship ever since. After endless fighting and broken promises from lawyers my mother was arrested Monday morning and sent to NJ jail in Bergen county pending removal from the US. My mother has never commited crime, abused the system, or worked under the table. She was legally authorized to work in the U.S and has payed her taxes just like any other citizen except she wasn’t. Anyone who knows my parents know that they have nothing but love for everyone, my family is ripped apart and heartbroken. Both me and my younger sister are now left here without my parents. My moms only wish was to be here for my wedding September 30th and now that she’s been deported she will miss her only sons wedding. Life over there isn’t easy and I have set up a go fund me to try and get any sort of help from anyone possible god bless you all and thank you.
