Hello everyone. I created this gofundme on behalf of my friend who lives in Nigeria and is unable to make one. She and are her mother are under an immense amount of stress with trying to raise funds to cover hospital bills and a new prosthetic.
Her father is currently in the hospital and was diagnosed with sepsis, when the body's response to infection results in the damaging of its own tissue. This has prevented his kidney and heart from functioning properly. Her father had already been suffering from diabetes and this coupled with the sepsis, caused his health to deteriorate rapidly. He is currently in critical condition and we are worried.
No amount is too small. All the money from this gofundme will go towards medical procedures to save his life and a new prosthetic leg so that he can try to move around comfortably once he has recovered.
